Awards Network Awards

The Awards Network is made up of some of the most noteworthy award providers to young people in Scotland.

Welcome to the network of Amazing Things! We bring together all the providers and owners of youth awards, badges, certificates and informal accreditation in Scotland. We want all young people in Scotland to have fair access to amazing experiences and gain youth awards, badges or certificates that recognise their skills, qualities and talents. We believe that by engaging in rich and immersive learning experiences young people get much more out of their learning.

They gain something they will remember for a very long time, they discover their passions and they appreciate who they are and what they bring to the world. This changes aspirations and widens horizons.

A large number of awards have formal accreditation and are SCQF listed. This gives them the same level and types of qualifications as formal exams and can be used to gain access to training and employment. Other members offer informal recognition which can help individals demonstrate the things they are interested in and care about, experiences that matter to them and the places they have been.

Our providers include the most well-known and prestigious awards in the UK alongside new and emerging opportunities which reflect changes in education, and the changing world we live in.
